Warranty claims are subject to verification and approval by the respective manufacturer or authorized service center.

• Normal wear and tear or consumable items such as batteries, cables, adapters, or accessories
• Software-related issues, viruses, or operating system errors
Any product found outside warranty terms will not be eligible for claim or support.
Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:
- Product is defective upon arrival and reported within the specified time
- Product is unused, in original condition, and returned with complete packaging
- Refund approval is subject to inspection and verification
